What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect the details you give us — your name, email, phone number, postcode and message — so we can respond with pricing. When you buy through our online checkout, Shopify processes your order and payment details on our behalf.

Advertising measurement

We advertise with Google Ads. To measure how our ads perform, our site loads the Google tag, which sends Google information about your visit — such as the pages you view and whether you submit an enquiry — together with a cookie that lets Google attribute that activity to an ad click. Google uses this data for ad measurement and ad optimisation as described in Google's own privacy policy.

Visitors in regions that require consent (including the EEA, UK and Switzerland) see a cookie banner before any advertising measurement loads, and can accept or decline. Declining stops advertising measurement; the site works the same either way. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's stored data for this site, which will show the banner again on your next visit.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information, and we don't send your enquiry details to anyone other than the services needed to respond to you (our email and website hosting providers) and, for orders, Shopify.
