Delivery, returns & product support

Hardware supply only. Prices are AUD incl. GST. Evolve Energy Hub supplies batteries, inverters and VFD drives; installation is not included.

Australia-wide delivery

Shipping is a flat $100 Australia-wide, added at Shopify checkout. Orders are fulfilled from supplier stock. Estimated delivery is approximately 7 days, not a guaranteed arrival date. Contact us before ordering if you have a deadline or special delivery requirements.

Before you order

Check the exact model, quantity, supply requirements and installation needs with your licensed installer. A new Pytes Pi LV1 stack requires a BCU base as well as BMU modules. A matching motor kW rating alone does not confirm a VFD’s suitability.

Faults, damage & returns enquiries

If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact sales@evolveenergyhub.com.au with your order number, product model, serial number and a description or photos of the issue. Do not send equipment back before contacting us for assessment and return instructions. For a change-of-mind return or cancellation, contact us to discuss your order; this page does not promise an automatic change-of-mind refund.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply and are not excluded by a manufacturer warranty or these ordering notes. The remedy depends on the circumstances and whether a failure is major or minor.

Manufacturer warranty & direct support

Daniel Shorey is the North Queensland Pytes warranty technician. For equipment purchased through Evolve Energy Hub, contact Daniel directly for product selection, system design assistance, commissioning, troubleshooting and warranty enquiries. For existing customers, request your direct 24-hour support contact when ordering. This is product support, not an emergency electrical service or installation service.

Warranty conditions vary by product and exact model. Ask for the applicable manufacturer warranty document before purchase, particularly for SG600 drives. Keep your invoice, serial numbers and commissioning records. Your licensed installer remains responsible for the compliant final design and installation.
